Shipping policy

1. Preparation and delivery times

Times depend on the item and are shown on each product page. Indicative times:

Our Initials Ring: 7 to 14 days between order and delivery, engraving included.
Running cuddly toy: prepared within 1-2 working days, then delivered in 5 to 10 working days.
Eternal Rose Gift Box and Photo Box: production of up to 7 working days (usually 4), then delivery in 5 to 10 working days.
Permanent Bracelet Kit: up to 4 working days to ship, then delivery in 6 to 12 working days.

An order containing several types of item may arrive in several parcels.

2. Delivery methods and costs

Available methods, times and costs are shown at checkout.

3. Tracking

The tracking link is sent by email when your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours to activate with the carrier.

4. Delivery address

Check your address before confirming your order. Once the parcel has shipped, it can no longer be changed. If a parcel comes back to us (incomplete address, for example), the cost of resending it is the customer's responsibility.

5. Delay, lost or damaged parcel

If your tracking has not moved for 5 working days, or if your parcel arrives damaged, write to us at support@loversparis.fr with your order number. For a damaged parcel, attach a photo of the item and the parcel, within 14 days of receipt.
