Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern sales made on the loversparis.fr website, published by MSB ECOM, a French SAS with a share capital of €1,000, 128 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, SIRET 892 499 021 00012, VAT FR61892499021. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

2. Products and availability

Our products are presented as accurately as possible. Personalised items are made from the information entered by the customer (name, text, photo…), who checks that it is correct before confirming the order. If an item becomes unavailable after the order, the customer is informed and can choose a refund or a replacement.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Payment is due immediately, by bank card or any other method offered on the site.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are detailed in our shipping policy and shown on each product page. MSB ECOM remains responsible for delivery until the parcel is handed to the customer.

5. Right to cancel

Non-personalised items: the customer has 14 days from receipt to cancel, without giving a reason and without penalty. Return costs are the customer's responsibility. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned items, to the payment method used, unless the customer agrees to a credit note or exchange. The procedure is detailed in our returns policy.

Personalised items: the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are faulty or we made a mistake.

6. Guarantees

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years against defects: if an item develops a defect, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for processing orders and for customer service. It is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the country where they live. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If the dispute cannot be resolved after a written complaint to our customer service, it may be brought before the competent courts.
